Billing and Shipping We accept MasterCard, Visa, and personal checks. Orders are either shipped from our Gainesville store or may be drop shipped from other locations which ever is determined to be more efficient based on availability. All orders will have a minimum 10% shipping and handling fee unless otherwise noted. Orders shipped within the state of Florida will have a 6.25 % sales tax added. Please validate the shipping address before finalizing your order.
Return and Exchange Policy All returns or exchanges must be given a phone-in authorization code. Please call us within 5 working days from the day of receipt to obtain this number. Please re-pack the item in the original packing materials. Call 352-333-9169 to obtain your authorization number and receive further instructions. After receiving the returned item in undamaged condition, we will issue a refund or process your exchange request. For your protection, return shipments should be insured for the full value of the purchase. In the rare event the item is damaged in the return shipment, we will promptly notify you so that you can request re-imbursement from the shipping company. COD returns will not be accepted.
If item arrives damaged: All parcels are shipped insured. Please notify us within 3 business days if your product arrives damaged. Please, repack the item carefully using the original packaging materials. We will send a call tag for the item to be returned to us. You will be sent another item upon receipt of your return.
